Jeans that fit my needs

I'm looking for a pair of jeans similar to the style of fit of the nudie slim jims.

What do you guys recommend? I'm on a budget so nothing too high, the cheaper the better

I'm looking for a raw denim, possibly selvage that is slim fitting but has about a 8-8.5" leg opening. I definitely don't want skinny's

I just got a pair of dry bone red D slim's and they are too skinny for me, i feel that the leg opening is way too small. keep in mind i don't want a bootcut fit, just something like a tube leg but it doesn't have to be.

so any thoughts?

secondly, this kind of question can probably go in the 'small questions' thread (stickied at the top of the superdenim subforum page), rather than creating a new thread for it.

as to the jeans - you might want to think about some imperial dukes, or some samurai 5000s. they seem to fit your bill of slim but not skinny. however they both sit around $250USD...maybe you should sell your red Ds?

otherwise, you could always go for APC new standards...
