WTB: APC New Standard 31 & Helmut Lang black jeans 32

Title pretty much says it all--I'm looking for a pair of APC new standards in a 31, and I had my eye on a pair of Helmut Lang slim black jeans (similar to the ones in the f/w 08 collection- see photo) in size 32 or 33:

New or worn is cool with me, as long as there's no holes or anything of the sort. The Helmut Langs' dont necessarily need to be the ones from this past season--they're listed as 'skinny', anyways--I'm looking for something slim as opposed to skin tight. I'm just bummed out I passed on the ones I saw recently, and when I went to go back, they were gone. Worst yet, I don't remember the exact cut or model.

Despite the low post count (hell, this may be my first), I've dealt with a bunch of people as a buyer with no problems.
