i'm certainly no fan of James Long, i have to be honest...

I find his collections terribly pretentious & exaggerated

but yes, his studio in Hackney (east london) was broken into & a bag containing the runway collection was nabbed; which in turn limited the amount of press exposure for him.

I can't see many east london gangs wanting to sport this look down the local corner shop to their 'bluds'... init mate?
