The fact that we know the branding strategy is what hurts the brand.

It's so obvious that it feels manipulative. They are moving too fast and giving away all their "secrets." You know, removing the mystique.

But other than that (and the price), their stuff looks pretty good.

He's an Ad guy. A smooth talker. He's had no connection to the fashion/streetwear/cool guy/whatever industry at all. Never really had much interest as far as I know as well. It's all very recent cause he thinks he could work the "scene" and make some cash.

SVSV : you can buy a small selection of the products online on their web store....so perhaps it aint no hoax...but the price point is still a little silly.........good luck to them, the stuff looks kinda cool to me....probably not buying anything myself though.

Yup, There isn't anything special about it, it's a standard wool 5950 with a puff embroidered logo. (Which btw, is my biggest beef with SVSV, the logo is horrible. The assemblely of the letters is junk.) Anyways, yeah $110 price point is mostly hype.
