Is that 30 inches on the tag, or actual waist measurement-meaning, if they aren't yet shrunk are they bigger than 30".

they are tagged at 30 and will shrink to a 28 or 29 but will then stretch out back to a 30.

you can buy a brand new pair at the stores for 150. considering that they're used -- and you're charging shipping -- you're not offering much of a discount.
