Stock Photos

Im going hard in graphic design lately. I dont really have a go to site for stock high quality photos of famous people/bands, cars, etc.

Getty images isn't so hot anymore and I already know about brand logos of the world...

any suggestions?

I don't think there are any pictures of famous people, but this is where I usually go for free stock photos.

Is most of your stuff commercial? I've never actually had to worry about getting a cease and desist since I've never done anything big but do you need stuff that you can hold the license on it?

Yeah sxc is an invaluable resource!

Not necessarily stock photos, but flickr lets you search through photos with different creative commons licenses: http://flickr.com/creativecommons/
