since these cloak boots have such a large leg opening, does that mean one has to wear em with the pants tucked into the boots? or is it possible for one to wear pants/jeans over the boots?

The can be worn either way, the canvas is pretty flexible, I've worn them under some pretty skinny jeans. On the runway they were styled tucked in.
