ok, well i'm not sure if anyone would be interested in this so i'm just gonna call it an interest check.

i bought this ipod touch a few months back and put it in a griffin clear hard plastic case as soon as it came out of the box. there are virtually NO sctratches or cosmetic damage on this thing and it works perfectly.

the ipod is a 1st generation 16gb. it's filled with songs and jailbroken. i can return it to factory settings if you'd like .. but if you wanna keep some of the music and mess around with all the themes and whatnot, i'll send it as is.
