From Maurizio Amadei's first collection (FW06) under his own label M.A+.

Beautiful black horse leather with long strap that can be worn low on the waist or over the shoulder, messenger bag style. The metal hardware has an antique finish to it and the irregular buckle is simply goregous.

Paid a little over $1K (I think it was $1,075) at Atelier New York for this. Comes with dust bag in picture.

I've used it around 10 times - basically brand new.
