Yes they are. Jean shops just run big...It's a great deal and they are great jeans...wish I wasn't having to get rid of them but they are just to big...

how set are those creases? and did they always run that big, or did they stretch out a LOT?

No they are not at all...i actually wore them for 2 hours this morning to decide if i wanted to keep them and decided no...that's why they creases looked set in but they aren't at all....seriously like 10 hours of total wear because when i got them i was adn and still am concentrating on finishing my academi's...they didn't stretch because i haven't worn them like at all...i've lost weight so they just are to big for me...i'm telling you these are sick jeans so if your a 34 and your looking for a nice pair of jeans this is a stinkin steal these jeans are great.
