Anyone know anything about this designer. I just found a jacket by her in my closet that I got earlier in Moscow (ha, American label).

she's a designer from new york city/brooklyn. She's repped by Opening Ceremony, a store/showroom on howard street one block up from canal and one block east of broadway. opening ceremony is an awesome store, a bit more "fashiony" than most of the fuckers on here would care for, but they are the only ones in the states carrying topshop right now. they have introduced tons of designers from all of the the world to the US. I've got this awesome plaid flannel pullover with tails that she made. i wear it all the time.

Why is it that people are making such a big deal about Opening Ceremony carrying Top Shop? I don't get it.

I dont get it. Top Shop does not make quality clothing for one. 2. the us equivalent of it is a slightly better Conway, H&M is tons better than Top Shop.
