Is anyone here taking (or has in the past) classes in museum studies? I'm really narrowing down my choice of studies, & I was wondering if anyone had some interesting material for me to look at on the subject. I think the Ecole du Louvre & Bard's Center for Curatorial Studies look amazing. Anyone have advice on education & training for a job in an art museum? Of course I know an internship is needed at some point..

Also, while we're speaking of the subject, has anyone been to the New Museum? I'm almost ready to buy a ticket to New York just to see that building & nothing else.
