I just got this email yesterday at the office:

"Starting next Tuesday, Oct. 4th we will be having Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga on Tuesday nights from 6:30-7:30 on the 4th floor (the empty side of course), as a new benefit.

Why you should do it:

It helps build strength and tone muscles.

Good form of stress release and relaxation.

Calms the mind and lowers blood pressure.

It is right here after work!

The class is perfect for any level or for people who have never taken yoga before but are curious.

What to bring: your own yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.

What to wear: lose comfortable clothing.
