1.1 This Agreement governs your use of "B.A.L.L.A." and its associated services (the "Web Service, i.e. Superfuture"), including interactive chat and forum discussion areas (the "Interactive Areas", i.e. "Supertalk"), which are owned and operated by DjRajio, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions and related companies ("DjRajio").

1.2 DjRajio reserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Web Service. Your use of the Web Service constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by DjRajio as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the term "B.A.L.L.A.".

2. Use of Content.

2.1 You acknowledge that the Web Service contains information, software, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics, links and other material that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights of DjRajio or third parties, including but not limited to product names, logos, designs, titles, and words or phrases which may be registered in certain jurisdictions (collectively, the "Content") concerning the term, "B.A.L.L.A". You agree to comply with any additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through the Web Service. Users of the Web Service wanting to use the content for commercial or personal use must obtain prior express written permission of DjRajio.

2.2 You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement. Content consisting of downloadable software may not be reverse-engineered unless specifically authorized by the owner of the software's patent and or copyright. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, you may post on the Web Service any content owned by you (such as your original statements), content for which you have received express permission from the owner, and content in the public domain. You assume all right and responsibility for determining whether any content is in the public domain. You grant to DjRajio the right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium and for any purpose any content that you place on the Web Service without compensation to you concerning the term "B.A.L.L.A.". You represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all rights set forth in the preceding sentence.

i don't know...as you've stated yourself, you've become hikikomori (sounds like you don't even work/realized you don't fit into corporate world per your comments, spend all your time with parents, no girl/boy, recede into reclusion, et al).

+ the sharp increase in posting activity and the picture sharpens. living exclusively on sufu/sf/sz might provide a short, sudden burst of ego stroke due to the brands that parent's/trust funds buy, but it's a cheap salve & a tenuous ride at best...before you crash again, and every subsequent reincarnation devolves into a blacker soul.

hmm just came across this...will try to +rep you guys for your honesty. I don't know if they were just made in jest or not, but i will try to make as personal of a post as i possibly can in explaining what seems to be an odd, enigmatic individual many of you are only acquainted with through this message board.

Yes, I'm aware of all the issues you guys have pointed out. And to tell you the truth, my issues run far, far deeper than that...i don't think I need a PhD or MD to browse through my posting patterns throughout the years to figure out and tell me that something isn't quite right. However, I can only reveal so much as there is a backstory spanning to my childhood and family history, involving some medical as well as family conflict issues, that I do not feel comfortable revealing so candidly to a bunch of strangers I do not and probably will never have the chance to interact with face to face. Furthermore, as I've already done countless times in the past, I used to pull stunts to draw attention on the internet, this has been a problem of mine long before I even logged on to a forum that goes way back. I am trying to just post and browse these forums for entertainment, and no longer wish to get wrapped up in so much drama as I will be honest I am not of the energy to do so any more. The internet addiction, self esteem problems, hollow posturing, you are all spot on. Far from the whole story, and I apologize if this post is not helping you understand things any better as I am only giving you vague bits and pieces. Of course, I have been in a very long and ongoing (perhaps lifelong) process of seeking treatment and medical care.

I'd like to clear up that I have never said or claimed anything on any of these forums I post at that I have not actually done, even if just alluded to vaguely. Might have made some empty comments during a few of my melt downs about being some kind of player, alright I'll tell you very frankly that I am not. Alright, I've had quite a few dealings with the sex trade, as is common practice in Hong Kong, and that probably accounts for a bulk of my activity in this area since coming back. Ok so if you want an honest confession, there it is. I've already hinted at this many times in some of my other posts, unless you did not catch on...

I do not really see the point in making such posts as you guys have done of a sarcastic, perhaps slightly accusatory manner. Maybe you guys just wanted to poke fun at what seemed like an ongoing train wreck. I can understand that. But if you were genuinely trying to help me, I don't see how pointing out my obvious flaws that I myself am aware of is doing any help other than validating my current position which is already quite a serious issue.

Sorry for the long winded posts, but I know a lot of people here find me puzzling and mentally unstable, and well I would not say you are incorrect. But I am just hoping that in explaining myself a bit I can hopefully help you know that all of this is not without a reason, and that I am more self aware of what's going on than my erratic behavior may let on.
