Mansions at Roppongi versus Cerulean

I've stayed at the Cerulean on my first trip to Tokyo and I was very impressed. However, this time we are coming to Tokyo with two more people (4 total) and our travel agent recommended the Mansions at Roppongi as an alternate.

Does anyone here have any experience with the hotel? It looks very nice from the website:

The prices are comparable but I'm not really sure how to weigh the pros & cons of the location as I'm unfamiliar with Roppongi.

Shoppingwise I think the Cerulean has a better location (and the views must be better due to the height of the building). But the Mansions is very close to Roppongi Hills.

I stayed at the Mansions in January. Very friendly staff. We had a spacious corner room, clean and very well equipped (if you love hi-tech, this is for you... I've never seen so many buttons, remote controls and displays in an hotel room)
