Hey bro, it may be too late, but J.Crew had plaid flannels marked down to $20 new at the end of the season. I picked up a couple in size small and they fit pretty well. You may have to hunt around, though--the last smalls in the store were stashed on a mannequin. (I winked at my cashier and she gave me an additional 25% off, so you might as well.)

The last time I stopped in, just in case they had any more, all the F/W stuff had been cleared out. So it may take a bit of detective work. Some of it may pop up on eBay, however.
