Tokyo Film festival and other questions........

Hey guys, me and m’fella are heading to Tokyo for a couple of weeks at the end of October. I think the Tokyo Film festival is on at that time- anyone have any recommendations related to that? Good venues? events?

Also, any ideas for good live music venues- for jazz, funk, beats/breaks, electro, scratching, guitars and vocals?

And a good club/bar venue- strictly laid back trainers and baggies. Back home I’m into Electric Souls, Grand Central type stuff but wouldn’t say no to a bit of New York house, drum and base or electro.

My boyfriend speaks fluent Japanese so we'd prefer to stay away from the tourist traps.

And finally any recommendations for a good Love Hotel- something a bit kinky. I’ve never managed to find anything like Osaka’s SnowMan hotel in Tokyo…...
