Does Anyone here respect the Italian brand - GAS?

I personally don't like their style but I would like to find out how other people in supertalk think about them.

haven't seen any GAS stuff in shops around here, but i did notice some guy wearing some ugly jeans... and lo and behold, the tag read "GAS".

don't know much about them, but from that example, i wasn't impressed.

I haven't seen much around either but from their advertising they look pretty awful and i'd lump them in the same basket of eurotrash rubbish as:

-Diesel

-Replay

-Miss Sixty

-Energie

and

-Pepe.

Me. I have great respect for them. They use great quality denim, and the washes are technically very good. They even make selvedge jeans (also for women).

Can only comment on what I saw at there retail space at Parco in Shibuya (weather it was Parco 1, 2, 3, I dont remember...). The brand had a very Italian D&G/Diesel vibe to it...although I did like their biker jackets.

i saw some of their stuff lokks pretty cool, but as far as italian jeans goes, i think there is betters put there...i like the fact they are invole in different direction

I'd have to second what ring ring said, they do use great denim and I've seen some selvedge pieces they did for the past S/S season that were quite nice. Not really known for raw but they make a solid jean. Styling wise they might not be for everyone but they do make good quality pieces that tend to hold up very well over time in my experience.
