I don't think any one store specializes in jeans for ladies with more junk in the trunk than the average hong kong girl, but then again I don't go shopping for girl jeans. I would investigate American brands because they're designed for American girls, who would have wider hips in general than Asians. I know there's Take 5, which is basically the prime location for jeans in HK (at least for guys), but I can't confirm that they have ladies' jeans there. Perhaps someone who has actually been to HK can correct me or add to it.
