haven't seen it but obviously it's going to be amazing. looking forward to mj's part especially.

also i need to see inhabitants, which i expect to like better because i fucking love anything out of the sovereign sect. the art direction and filming can't be beat. i don't expect good art direction from lakai, but epic shit for sure.

guy mariano anyone? hells yeah :cool:

I'm psyched on both, but yeah, its a bummer that people are glazing over Inhabitants so hard.

Of course everyone has a raging hardon for Lakai's team, and the video is fucking ridiculous.

So much stuff, don't want to spoil anything. Just go hang out at your shop and watch it if you can't get a copy. Even if they're sold out, you KNOW whats going to be on the TV.

Are you serious? Haven't you seen the Lakai vault clips, or better yet the Daryl Angel skate fairy clip? Ty Evans is upping the filming especially with the HD panasonic camera he was using.

I want to see both. For those who have seen it, were you able to goto the premiers?

ty is a great filmer and all, but i wouldn't call him artistic. any video out of the sect has a cool artistic quality that no other company can match, in my opinion.

Guy Mariano's part is really impressive. I was not expecting that - to be as long.

Fuck. Mike Carrol fucking slays, too.

I think I'm going to stay home all weekend and watch it. Sucks that it's too cold to skate outside.

Pops and Alex Olson were amazing as well. Lucas Puig is remarkable, did a few tricks I've never seen before.

Guy's part was mind-shattering but the music was terrible.

Overall it was amazing, but I doubt that I will watch it in it's entirety more than once or twice.

No part was a let down, I only wish SJ had more stuff, sucks he's retired now.

Yeah, I realize that is a bold statement. But honestly, I thought it was that good. I might need to take some more time with it, and the anticipation may play a big factor in that - I've been waiting for this video for like 4 years.

But, yeah, it's that good.

Think about it: Marc Johnson had pretty much zero coverage this year, and he just got SOTY solely based on his part in FF. I'm not claiming that SOTY is the end-all be-all for skating, but still... I don't think that has happened before.

Fuck my local shop doesn't have it in and I refuse to download it online (there are downloads floating around for people who do wanna see it). I guess I'm gonna do some searching for it tomorrow. I can't fucking wait. Definitely looking forward to Carroll, Guy, MJ, Danny Brady, Mike Mo, Alex Olson and Frost.
