hey guys,

i'm going to london for 4 days in 2 weeks.

i read everything on supertalk.com about london and stores and so on, but i've never been to london before, therefore i need some tips.

i am into brands like dior and so on and i'm not into skate-brands. therefore i would like to know what shops are worth to go to in london.

i already figured out that there is harrods (dh paradise? :D), selfridges (dh paradise? :D)... what else do they sell? marc jacobs, ann d, april77, julian red? i'm interested in those brands... in apc too. what brands sell those 2 stores? there is a paul smith and a paul smith outlet store and a lot of other cool stores (jil sander, burberry, a mcqueen, cdg). are they worth visiting? how big are those stores? are 4 days enough? i also want to do some seightseeing, not only shopping.

is there an american apparel store? how many h&ms and zaras are there? what would you visit if you went to london?

thanks in advance?

1. search

2. use youre fucking head - how many zaras are there, wtf?

3. ask further questions in the appropriate forum

Are you sure you've read the threads?

My top 3 tips.

1) The Trocadero. This architectural masterpiece is right in the middle of town

and it's great for shopping ( DH store) and is a pretty edgy hangout where

all the hipsters, urban Bohos and occasionally celebrities meet up.

2) Gordon Ramsay now works at Angus restaurant and the menu is ahead of the

curve. Great value organic regional and seasonal food. Wow.

3) No one walks anywhere in london. Ignore the tube and bus service and go

everywhere by Black taxi.

Yeah.

I'll leave it to other Londoners to carry on.

I'm sure they'll have plenty of advice.

syb has got it pretty much covered here.

It will be nice and quiet on oxford street and piccadilly circus if you come in December, because everyone leaves London for the month, a bit like Paris in August.

Liecester Square is pretty much the best place for eating out and the clubs round there are great.

Make sure you keep your back pack on your front (like the locals) to stop thieves stealing your shit.
