So, I saw weird fake Nudies today....

They weren't really fake Nudies. They were tight 11 year old slut girl's jeans. Some no-name brand, as far as I could tell, probably sold at Mervyns.

But the back-pocket stitching was exactly the same design as Nudie's; the only difference was the stitching was brown and yellow, or something, instead of gold.

Pretty weird.

American brand? I don't see any huge benefit for a discount little girl's brand to be faking Nudie stitching, since their demographic wouldn't have heard of Nudie jeans.

I've seen those too! I don't think they did it to grab Nudie's clientelle, I think they did it because back pocket bling is ver important to 11 year old girls (and 25 year old girls for that mater)!

Yep, I've seen those too... they look almost exactly like Nudies, except they're multi-colored and a little bit thicker. I think they're actually trying to look like 7's....

Yeah that's what I thought. Not like a "let's copy this elite Swedish brand" more like "ooh, a design we can steal that will appeal to 12 year old girls!"

this way Nudie will be seen as a copy of the 12 year old brand, or the same thing.
