Question - is this a Mastermind Garment? (pics)

Hey guys! Hope you can help me out here...my friend brought this back from Japan. He said he got it at some used clothing store. Obviously, the label denotes that the brand is Mastermind, but I am unsure if it is the same-expensive-as-fuck Mastermind that we all know and love. Or maybe not.

In any case, I was wondering if this was the actual Mastermind or some random brand that happens to be called Mastermind as well.

I can't say for sure that it isn't, since all my mastermind pieces are from '03 or later, but the tags look nothing like any of the tags on what I do have.

That being said, I can't read Japanese, so maybe someone who can could lend more insight from the last picture.

If it is Mastermind, their style sure has changed since '01 then...

I am not familiar enough wiith MMJapan garments to tell you if it is fake or not but there is another clothing line that is also called mastermind, I remember buying pants that someone said they were mastermind which they were but he specifically told me that it was not the MM I was thinking of.

well, theres no symbols on it, doesn't look like anypieces i've seen, and it doesnt say Mastermind Japan. Im no expert thouh it is one of my fav brands, I'd say no...

I don't know about this guys.. I think it IS a real MM shirt.

It might be so old that it was before they adopted the symbols and logos they use now.

Find somebody that speaks Japanese, what does the tag say exactly?

the skull one is mastermind JAPAN byMasaaki.

i think this is some random local brand or is the one from Hongkong..

there is also a "mastermind" from hongkong..which is a very cheap label.
