i just bought two of these in a sz xl. Theyre very nice but very fitted. It fits a full size down if not more. Great sweatshirt though.

you mean a full size up, so if your true size is medium you'd probably go with a large. I'm normally a large guy (chest measures 44 inches) and had to go with an XL. This Large would probably fit you best if you have a 40-42 inch chest.
