zip & tie boots

I am looking for a style of boots with a side zipper that also tie all the way up in the front i have tried searching for them but all i have found are the ann demeulemeester 03 boots which are quite impossible to get and a pair from costume national. I am not looking for any specific brand of boots just any boots of this style, any information would be appreciated

the marc jacobs boots should be good to bad no1 has pictures but yeah i've been looking at surplus stores and havent found anything like these at all so i dont think they've ever been military issue so my best guess would be punching artificalskys grandmother in the face other than that i still don't know where to find these

i remember the marc jcobs ones being in the fall bloomingdales catalog if that helps. unfortunately it's not online and the shoes haven't arrived at the store.

these are pretty interesting although they aren't boots.
