I have a pair of Dior Homme black Made in Japan 19cm size 30 jeans. They have stretched and are now too big for me. I would like to trade these for a pair of WORN 29s (that way they are already stretched) in either color. Mine have been professionally hemmed 2 inches by the Dior Homme store in New York City. The waist is 15 3/4 inches. The hem is (obviously) 19cm.

I don't know, but they are probably stretched as far as they are going to go.
