What's the waist measurement on the APC shorts?

Without the waist supression things on the side it's about 16.5". If you use those all the way, it's about 15.5". Would best fit a 31-34 because of the little things on the side. They're not tight shorts or anything so would fit the sizes listed above easily. I'm a size 32 and they fit really nice and comfortable but if i put on or lost a few pounds they'd still work fine.
