mine hasn't suffered. some others have. kernel panics running on battery on the newest macbook pros and signal dropped off i believe. i know there was an airport update i did anyways on 7/31.

My charger on the other hand, is totally fucked. I am going to have to drop $80 on a macbook charger

if you still are under warranty take your charger and your macbook to a mac genius bar. they replaced mine. don't forget to make an appointment. i went without signing up online and wasted and hour waiting and went home with a broken charger.

but yeah about the warranty for the charger, on in general just take it there play dumb, bat your eye lids, and they'll replace it...
