I have available a pair of size 45 Carpe Diem rear-lace up boots. These will fit a size 45 - 46 due to the large rounded toe-box.

I don't have these actually with me so a stock photo taken from Cycle-two.com will have to suffice.

Again, these are brand new, in box. Retailed for $1800, asking $875 shipped airmail worldwide.
