Anyone use Payko to pay for ebay items??

I need to send a money order to pay for an ebay item. The seller doesn't take paypal. Has anyone used this service? I had never heard of it...

I've never used them, or heard of them. The google search I did brought up the payko site, then a lot of "ripped off by payko" and a "payko not accepting new transactions" from 2005.
