so long story short I got ripped off on a trade by someone on ISS, I have the kids cell phone number and name. Its past the fact to go to the police, but does anyone have any ideas on what I can do with his cell phone number?

i wouldn't fuck with his cell phone number until the police does whatever they're willing to do (which probably won't be much). if you start spamming his phone, he'll just change number and you'll never see your money again...
