hey so i need to find some new reading glasses and my insurence covers me for up to 500 dollars. so where can i find some great glasses in toronto?

Wow, 500 for insurance coverage is pretty damn good. You should check out Spectacle; they now have three locations in Toronto. Very exclusive labels and frames over there.
