Bump with some measurements:

The center hole is at around 83 cm. There are 5 holes and there is 2.5 cm between each hole so the waist sizes vary between 78 and 88 cm.

The width is about 4cm.

Shipping to Sydney is a little steep unfortunately, but it's 22,45 euro priority and 17,45 euro economy (same price for US btw). This is due to their big range of weight (0-2 kg) Wish they had split it in 0-1 kg and 1-2kg for instance because then it would be cheaper.

However, shipping is insured, with tracking and delivery confirmation.

Yes probably I think so. I usually wear 31 or so. I gave some measurements so you can measure it yourself if you want to be 100% certain
