I only hear May. First they said march, then april so who really knows. Apparently some kind of property issues is the rumor. It's going to be right there where melrose place and croft meet, I think it might be the brown building I'm willing to bet.

the latest issue of gq (w. stephen colbert) has the exact address. a storefront on the corner of melrose and croft has been painted white and you can see that they are re-doing the inside, my bet is that that's going to be it. i cannot wait...i joked with a few people that i would be at the opening and be their first purchase.

the latest issue of nylon has a quick thing on APC arriving in LA with a pic of a girl with the awesome tie-dye dress....(i want the shirt version for mens...sold out in Paris!)

they say that they are going to have a special LA shirt

and they will have better flooring than the store in NY...

when will it open?! i can't belive the staff in Ny doesn't know...

I just walked by the future LA store today, where a japanese-looking architect/designer was surveying ongoing construction. So far it looks really cool (and massive), but it also seems they've got a ways to go. Per someone at APC, NY, their opening's been delayed again, so I wouldn't count on it opening before June.

i actually i agree with the weak s/s collection theory

but i do want that white and blue shirt with APC on it....and the tie dye shirt....

and that's it....

the rest looks like things from H&M...

heard they are making a special LA opening shirt....so yeah
