Help ID these shoes...

These shoes literally stopped me in my tracks in the magazine isle at CVS. Toby McGuire is wearing them on the cover of this month's Men's Journal. I checked the contents page but they only listed the stylis but no info about what she had him in.

Sorry for the small size, I couldn't find anything else.

They are like vans authentics meet topsiders meet russell mocs, I want them.

looks similar to the authentics yes, but like I said, they not. i saw a larger photo on the cover itself and they have leather laces i know that. they also have some stiching around the toe box like the russel mocs which i haven't seen on any vans but the krammers, but the lace patterns don't match up. help me...please...i must find them.
