Swear's Jimmy Jazz in White

After all of the hype over Swear's Dean shoes, I thought we'd never hear from the brand again. A one hit wonder, if you will. However I found the Jimmy Jazz line from a UK retailer via a google search and was impressed by the looks:

Pair with a black or grey suit and white shirt and you are good to go.

Unfortunately, I can't find the shoes in White in America. Zappos only carries the line in two shades of Black, one with a white and one with a turqouise bottoms. Has anyone seen the white version in stores and if so, how do they feel? I doubt the leather is very high quality for the price but the form is very nice. Hopefully Zappos will unveil the white version in a month or so and we can all have a nice sub-$200 slim leather laceup to drool over.

i mentioned this to someone earlier, but opening ceremony did a couple of pairs of nice laceups in patent and suede. i can't remember all the colors but there was a nice grey, and i think, but i'm not sure, the price point is under $200.

I went to Opening ceremony today and saw what polio's talking about, pretty nice except a lot of sizes are out of stock. I also saw a chukka suede look alike also by opening ceremony. Both shoes are 248.

They also have a brown sole which is visible on the sides, I wasn't digging them.

jet: you think they're overpriced? in terms of quality, or that you can find a similar shoe in style/fit/material for $100 less? i'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a pair of grey suede lace-ups (flat sole) for $325cdn..ouch, i know, but there's no alternative other than heading down to nyc. loco mentioned that a lot of sizes are out of stock though........
