i just registered, you are suppose to have the freedom to bid on any yahoo auction item you want at any time of the day.... cool... but have anyone tried their service before?

Using it ...... easy to use.... price is GOOD. Just won an auction, waiting for item to send to them then they will quote me the shipping fees base on the weight! Talk about honesty and service! Will update... again

comparing the their fee to other SF member service (15%), SF member is cheaper if item less than 14280 yen and Japanauctioncenter cheaper if item over 14280 yen.

I used the services 2 weeks ago and received my auction last week. Just be aware on different fees may apply. For example if you put too much money into your account and want to withdraw money out, there is a 3% charges. Also there is 1000 yen charges from the auction seller to the service center regardless the acution seller offering free shipping.

One more thing if the auction seller lists more than one items in one auction, the Japan Auction Center can't take the bid you entered. You need to contact the the center and he can bid for you manually.

Overall my experience with the auction center is pretty good cos I can monitor the entire buy/ship/delivery process.

My question is : What is Domestic Handling fees? after charging 1000Yen(for Bank fees and Handling in Japan.

So they are charging shipping within Japan like 2000Yen? first handling fee and second handling fees? And what makes them the cheapest in japan?

If i were to take that order from my service it would be:

Price: 5000Yen would be 6965Yen Shipped.

But theirs is: 7400Yen

I said "fast and reliable" - you can dispute their charges all you want, i was commenting on the level of service and level of professionalism.

Normally, they don't charge commission or handling fee on international delivery in case we send items as they are (or as the seller sent them to us) If a packing or re-packing is needed, you'll be charged an extra fee depending on material and labour we used.
