Identify these colourful Adidas?

Could someone who knows something about Adidas help me help my friend? I don't know shit about Adidas models and my friend wants to find out what these are. I've tried pickyourshoes.com but haven't had any luck yet.

yes that would actually help alot. i own a couple SB's in 7.5 (womens) so thats like a 6 or 6.5 in mens/boys. im wondering about the sizing because i havent owned a pair of adidas in years. ive had my eyes on these for a hot minute.
