new store opening, needs some help!

Hello,

I am opening a men's and women's forward thinking multi-label boutique in Toronto and need some help with customer profile surveys. I need people in my target customer base (a lot of superfuture members would fall into this group) to answer some shopping-related questions. You don't need to be from Toronto to participate, you just need to be a shopper somewhere.

If you are able to help me out that would be great and you can just pm your email address so I can send you the questions.

Rest assured, once the store is open (late summer early fall) there will be a superfuture discount plan put in place.

Thanks!

I think if you mention some of the potential labels / a little more info. about the vibeo/ideology of the store people might be more apt to provide their services. This is because we are all selfish assholes and will only help a store if it is going to carry things we like and will want to buy in the future......

although this is not what you're looking for i would definitely throw a good opening party. also, it helps to hire people that are around the group of people you are trying to attract. being that you are selling these brands try to tap into the party scene a little bit. just recently i went to a party put on by a boutique from williamsburg. the pictures got published on a major party pic site and they got some exposure. although it sounds corny, it totally works.

those are great brands by the way. you shouldnt have any problem selling them.

thanks to those who have helped so far...i still can use some more people, so pm me if you are able, it really doesn't take too long. also, since it will be a men's and women's boutique i could use some help from the superfuture ladies as well. I know there are a few of you...bizzy, canice?

thanks!

Interesting direction - I'd throw some Tiger of Sweden into the mix. But that's just me.

;)

btw all you Supersluts should help out - the survey was quick and painless, and we can never have enough good boutiques (not to mention enterprising young entrepeneurs) in Toronto.

thanks man!

there are a few stores in T.O. stocking tiger of sweden already and I'm not a huge fan of most of there stuff. although, they did just come out with a new silver line that looks a lot better.

we were trying to look for lines that were a little more progressive and a little less known, but still putting out classic, wearable stuff. it was just kinda by chance that we ended up picking a lot of Swedish lines, but the Swedes are putting out a lot of great stuff and these lines just seem to fit with our mood at the moment. i'm also very into swedish music and design too...

someone mentioned that judging by the lines i mentioned above that it sounds kinda similar to delphic. delphic is a great store, however, my hope is that we will offer stuff that is a little more out of the norm than the stuff they are offering. also, the atmosphere and look of the store will be completely different from that of delphic.

as i said in an early post, these are just a few of the lines we will be carrying to start off. i didn't mention most of the women's lines we will carry, one because i'm not buying the women's stuff and two because its mostly guys on here. but we will stock some really exciting women's lines. if you think toronto is hurting for this type of men's fashion, i would say it is hurting twice as bad for good women's clothes!

anyway, this post is way too long, but i just wanted to add some more info.
