the coloring or the thread isn't an issue, Its that you made the design stretch all over the shirt... you can do it, but it won't be the cheapest tee to produce because of it. Just something to consider because if this is just going to be screened at someones home press you're not looking at a very large print area per say.

getting a screen mesh to fit the size of a shirt is no problem. The white part of stitching and logo is blocked out through half tone (white is the shirt), plus one hit of green on top (square icon,) and one hit of black (logo) to follow; 3 color job.

not that difficult
