Shit to do in DC (specifically art)

Anybody know any interesting places in DC? I've been dying to go to an art show in DC. The only one I knew about was Wall Snatchers in Georgetown but that was a long while back.

There used to be the Art-to-Matic event that combined visual art, music, photography, from each of DC's neighborhoods like Mt. Pleasant, Shaw, Dupont, etc.

It was a fun event that was always held at odd locations, like the old Hechinger building up around Tenleytown. Lots of local artists, DJs, punk bands would be in attendance and performing.

Another cool place was the House of Secrets, a cool word-of-mouth weekend speakeasy in Shaw that shut down a few years ago...RIP
