Well it is the end of the F/W clothing season. S/S starts in the next few weeks, so the F/W is on sale. So I suppose in August, as S/S is ending and right before the next F/W starts, the new S/S, that isn't out yet, will be on sale. However, as you can see, very little of the line makes it to the sale season.
