imo there wasnt anything else levis could have done and the fact that they left it this long is a little weird in this day and age

in that sense, this board might have had a hand in bringing japanese repos to the forefront of their "shit to do" list

It's not nice, but any corporation is effectively bound to act on their trademarks being used. Secondly, I'm not a big fan of the imitation arctuates and crap anyway. Keep the cut, keep the denim, now give me some nice individual design elements please.
