James gandolfinis christmas shirt

Ok so ive just finished watching the last Sopranos episode, in the very last scene james gandolfini is wearing a beret ( ! ) with a brown striped shirt, the shirt has white buttons and unusually 3 cuff buttons and a wide collar band.

Does anyone know who makes this shirt?

Does anyone know of any mens shirt brands that have 3 button cuffs? Preferably in the UK.

Can't picture the shirt, but Turnbull & Asser makes 3-button cuff shirt RTW. Pricy at retail. Otherwise, I believe most custom shirtmakers will make you an extended, 3-button cuff.
