Does anybody know where I can find the Maharishi MHI Hightop in either brown or black size 11.5 or 12? I tried to order them from cmonwealth, but it turns out they are out of stock. I'm dying to pick a pair of these up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for either online stores or places in NYC. Thanks

a little offtopic, but do you know how the sizing runs on their day shoe? If I'm a 8 chuck slip-on and 8.5 laceup, what size should I go with?

Unfortunately I don't know how their sizing runs. I was going to wing it and get an 11.5 even though I wear a 12 generally, and just deal with the tightness if they were small. I am hoping to find them in the US just so I don't have to wait too long or pay ridiculous shipping costs.
