Where is the arab ethnic neighborhood in San Francisco?

Im looking for a keffiyeh/shemagh and not one of those lousy printed ones. trying to get a "real" one from an ethnic store. my dad used to work in Saudi Arabia and i saw a picture of him with one, shit was ill.

oh, any great recomendations for a good indian restaurant?

I live in the bay area and have two authentic shemaghs (bought in Cairo, Egypt roughly 3 years ago)..........they sit in my closet and have never been used for anything. One is red/white and one is black/white. I will give you a good deal if you are interested, send me a PM.......
