dior homme leather sizing

hi there

I saw a very nice dior homme lamb leather jacket on luisaviaroma, but it's only available in 46 and 52. I normally wear a 48, and I am about 174cm tall, not too skinny. I have another, non-leather jacket from DH in 48 and it fits me perfectly. Not sure if I could go for the 52, as the measurements seem ok:

Size 46

Shoulder to Shoulder: 55 cm

Back Length: 60 cm

Outer Sleeve: 67 cm

Chest: 43 cm

Size 52

Shoulder to Shoulder: 57 cm

Back Length: 63 cm

Outer Sleeve: 67 cm

Chest: 50 cm

Anyone with some experience on DH leathers?
