egg and tuna salad

do you, or do you not feel embarassed when eating a tuna or egg salad sandwich in public. remember the highschool days?

you mean egg salad and tuna salad together in one sandwich? i thought i was the only one who pulled off that kind of stunt. one of my favorite sandwiches.

this is sort of related, but i have a friend who's very picky about his pb&j: it has to be double-decker (three slices of bread) so that the peanut butter and jelly are separated, each in their own compartments.

best ever egg and tuna salad:

1 big can solid tuna, drained, broken up

5 eggs, boiled, peeled, and diced

Large pickle, diced

1/2 apple, diced

1/2 small sweet onion, diced

2 heaping tbsp fat free mayo

1/4 c of mustard (or however much finishes the sauce bit)

fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.

mix, serve on wheat toast with extra sharp cheddar

very very very very very very good eats

Tuna salad sams are the teets. Try this variation....

tuna

celery

red onion

soy sauce

juice from picked ginger

touch of teh Sri Ratcha

touch of mayo

touch of oyster sauce

westbrook knows how to eat!

my favorite is probably tuna with red onion, mayo, lots of black pepper, and a bit of butter skilleted with american or swiss on rye

or if in a rush the above minus bread nuked for a minute and scooped out with keebler club crackers
