is merc still around? or did they keep falling into that downward spiral after they lost distribution rights for fred perry, lonsdale and ben sherman?

i'm mainly looking for one of their lined winter donkey jackets without the pvc shoulders. all of their other goods were basically just merc branded goods of their counterparts, but started to look like shit when they tried making track jackets and football inspired stuff that looked like abercrombie.

I saw merc sold in the worst eurotrash boutiques with some designs that only realityTV stars would wear. A shame since they used to be OK. I got a harrigton Jacket from them 5 years ago and I'm still wearing it from time to time.

Mercs really gone downhill over the years...the suits are AWFUL, made and fitting, and they've almost become a caricature of themselves.

That said I have a rust color crombie, the "Weller" bowling shoe, and a harrington that I do like and wear often. But their current offerings are few and far between
