Really impressed with it for the price, don’t buy much high street gear as I have too many clothes anyway but this will definitely get worn. Denim is pretty nice, fairly thin but I gave this 2 x 40 degree washes and the denim is slightly stiff and still nice and dark. Seams are triple stitched which is a nice touch. I took the badge off as it was luminous yellow which I wasn’t keen on, and it wasn’t centered. Quite short compared to vintage ones which I like, and plenty loose in the body. If you sign up to their newsletter/club they will send you a 25% off voucher for your birthday (even if it falls a couple of days after you sign up ) and delivery is free, so you could pick this up for £30 delivered which is a bit of a no brainer. I also got the “relaxed fit” carpenter pants which are very well made but annoyingly a pretty slim cut, didn’t notice at first but they’re clearly quite slim fitting on the model which is a bit annoying.

LVC 1954 is tapered and fits my big thighs. Jelado do an intersting repro that I can’t find in my size -

Bought a new strap, was originally to smarten up an old Tag Heuer but thought it was so nice when it arrived I decided to try on the Omega.

Levis UK has reduced a lot of LVC stuff, use 10extra for an extra 10% off, free delivery with Amazon pay. Few pairs of jeans for £78.

Yeah, the patch on my 44's looks like beef jerky too. Thought I'd do pics of my LVC jeans, forgive the poor quality it's very gloomy here. Anti-clockwise from bottom right: 1901 1937 1937 (these are a bit too small atm) 1944 1947 1947 1954 1954 1955 (my absolute favourite jeans, stf so a size bigger than all of the others) 1967 (505s, too small for my thighs atm) Wild cards in the middle are 605s (label is very unclear), non-selvedge and made with stretch but LVC and a pair of actual vintage selvedge 501s from late 70s
